No Returns Policy

While we do not accept returns on coffee products, please contact us at info@walacoffee.ca if there is an issue with your order so we can make it right.

Please share as much details as possible, which will help us to solve the problem. Wala team is only happy if you're happy.

Coffee Grinders

30-Day Return Policy

Coffee grinders are eligible for a 30-day return policy. We will only accept returns of Grinders if they are in unopened condition. Proof of purchase is required for a return.

Returns are accepted in-store, and online orders can be shipped back to our store at the customer's responsibility.

Return Requirements

Please add the proof of purchase inside the return box. We will not accept the return if the item is used or the box is opened.
